Solar panels on Earth or in space? Tidal units, hydro-electric, hydrogen fuel cells, Nuclear, geothermal, wind? What do you think and why?

    nuclear. althoguht it produce radioactive waste it is still clean (no CO2) and produce a lot of energy at once

    Like any one wants a nuke plant next to them.
    For me a combination of wind & solar would be the perfect mix. If the wind isn’t blowing, the sun is shining, some times both.

    Nuclear is the most efficient by a substantial margin even when you factor in waste storage. At the moment the ever popular fossil fuel electricity is going for 7 cents a kilowatt hour, all of the “renewables” are even higher, and nuclear is about 4 cents per kilowatt hour.
