CRJPILOT asked:

The US economy is bleeding money!!!!! Personal savings are at an all time low and debt is at an all time high. By taking the hundreds of billions of dollars that we spend (waste) on oil so some rich prince can make an island shaped like a palm tree and reinvest that money back into the US economy manufacturing solar panels and wind turbines and growing biodeisel crops. Could that cause a rebirth in the US economy?

I’m seriously considering converting to a diesel engine with a Toyota Rav4. Want to know how much pep a Diesel will have in a light SUV like mine. What other differences would I notice in changing engines?

Main reason to switch is to go with biodeisel as fuel.
